At Josh Jasiah Ink, all sales are final.

Due to the custom, limited, digital, and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Digital Products

All digital products, including workbooks, guides, downloads, educational materials, and other digital content, are non-refundable once purchased.

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing.

Prints

Print sales are final. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

The Vault Design Reservations

Reservation fees for The Vault design collection are non-refundable. These fees secure exclusive rights to a design and are not applied toward future tattoo services unless otherwise stated in the product description.
