Digital Products

Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not:

Resell digital products
Share, distribute, reproduce, or redistribute digital files
Claim ownership of any educational materials, artwork, or intellectual property provided through digital downloads

All digital product sales are final.

Original Artwork & Prints

Original artwork and prints remain protected by copyright law.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated in writing.

Josh Jasiah Ink retains all reproduction rights to artwork, images, and designs.

The Vault Design Reservations

Reservation fees secure exclusive rights to reserve a design from The Vault collection.

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Purchasing a reservation does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute, or modify the design outside of its intended purpose.

Josh Jasiah Ink reserves the right to refuse tattoo services if circumstances require, in which case an alternative resolution may be offered at our sole discretion.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates:

Are non-refundable
Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
Are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or transferred without authorization

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Orders may be canceled or refused if pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud occur.
